The Rumbek office complex, built and managed by SSL, is made of 3 office blocks, all with suspended ceilings and concrete-built. This construction was the first solid structure built in South Sudan after the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
This complex has been sold to the Government of Southern Sudan.
The office space totals 1,800m2 and has the following amenities:
- Air conditioning
- VSAT communications
- An internet café (broad band, VSAT, VOIP phone)
- Conference room and equipment (overhead projector, flip chart, etc…)
- Independent borehole
- 2 back-up generators (300kva and 75kva)
- Coffee shop
The whole complex is fully secured with 24-hour security and electric fencing.
